Usage & Performance
When should I use Be The GOAT?
Use Be The GOAT before training to start optimally hydrated, during sessions to maintain electrolyte balance under load, and post-training to support effective rehydration and recovery. It’s also ideal in hot or high-intensity conditions where fluid and electrolyte losses are elevated. Best served chilled.
How should it be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place below 30ºC. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 24 hours. Do not use if seal is broken. For best before, see neck of bottle.
Is it suitable for all athletes?
Be The GOAT was formulated specifically for athletes. However, individual needs vary based on age, body composition, and training load.
