Shipping policy
1. Shipping Overview
We deliver Be The GOAT hydration drinks Australia-wide using Aramex Australia as our primary delivery partner.
Each carton contains 12 x 500ml bottles (6 litres total) and is securely packed to ensure your order arrives safely and in great condition.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our NSW facility.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number from Aramex Australia.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Details will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
5. Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect option for customers who prefer to pick up their order directly.
How it works:

Select “Click & Collect” at checkout.

You’ll receive an email confirming your order and collection details.

Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you that it can be collected.

Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID when collecting your order.
6. Delivery Issues
(a) Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
If you still require assistance, please contact Aramex Australia to track your order.
(b) Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within Australia.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers for large carton orders exceeding standard postal weight limits.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
Please review your order carefully before checkout and make sure you enter your address correctly. If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional fees involved in redirecting or resending your order will be your responsibility.
