We use Shopify Payments and PayPal to securely process transactions. By submitting payment information, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the total order amount, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it simply acknowledges receipt.

Acceptance occurs once your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery times and costs are displayed during checkout and may vary based on your location.

While we use reputable couriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other external factors.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order is delivered to your nominated address.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bethegoatofficial.com.

We will offer a replacement or refund in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Please note:

We do not accept returns for change of mind due to health and safety reasons (as our drinks are consumable goods).
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
